Having F&B experience to serve senior executives

Job Objective

• Provision of general office services and preparing tea/ coffee for guests and Company staff members.
• Perform routine clerical office duties.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Description

• Support and undertake various activities like moving materials, equipment or furniture and may help in simple tasks under clear directions.
• Undertake the provisional cleaning and clearing of the office environment including the associated facilities.
• Perform routine administrative jobs like photocopying, filing and shredding of documents.
• Prepare tea or coffee for staff or guests as required. Keep the kitchen clean and tidy.
• Distribute mail through various departments.
• Ensure sufficient levels of office stationery are maintained.
• Prepare meeting rooms when requested.
• Maintain inventory of pantry and bathroom items.
• Perform any other related duty as assigned by Administration Officer, in accordance with the provisions of the labor law.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary

Experience:

• F&B to serve senior executives.: 2 years (Preferred)
• Office Assistant / office Boy: 2 years (Preferred)
