Job Description - Office Manager - Arabic Speaking

Responsible for day-to-day general administration of the office in Doha. Reporting to the regional COO, duties to include; • Initial setup of the Doha office.
• General day-to-day management of the Doha office.
• Supports the COO MENA in administrating country governance and local regulatory requirements, procedures and protocols
• In charge of all office administrative tasks, this includes contracts co-ordination, vendor management and coordination with government counterparts. Co-ordinates diaries/management of trips/missions for visitors, setting up necessary meetings both for the Businesses as well as Support functions where needed. In addition, supervising and coordinating vendors/contractors as required.
• Co-ordinating, arranging proper visa permits, setting up meeting with counterparts according to their business profile.
• Assisting with local office budgeting, office expenses and forecasting.
• Human Resources Management: assisting when required with staff on-boarding, record keeping and management of filings with necessary ministry/labour office.
• Events management: Providing coordination, logistical support

• Good administration skills and high attention to detail
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent planning, prioritization, problem solving skills
• Experience in balancing multiple tasks
• High degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications
• Project management experience would be desirable
• Arabic speaker
