Job Description - Payroll Officer

Payroll Officer Description : • Prepare and process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy of attendance and timeliness.
• Calculate and record payroll deductions, benefits, and other withholdings.
• Ensure compliance with country payroll regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including employee timesheets, salary changes, and benefits information.
• Manage the payroll system and update employee information as needed.
• Ensure all payroll records are stored securely and confidentially.
• Generate payroll-related reports for management, such as payroll summaries, loan status and expense reports. Requirements : • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing or a related role. 📍 Location : Qatar
