People Dynamics is looking for an experienced Performance Tester for a 12-month contract in Qatar.

Key Requirements:
8–10 years of experience in Software Testing with a strong focus on Performance Testing
Hands-on experience with Tricentis NeoLoad (Mandatory)
Good knowledge of Tricentis Tosca
Experience in Load, Stress, Endurance, and Performance Testing
Mandatory experience in the Banking / Financial Services domain
Experience working on Core Banking applications
Hands-on experience with Finastra Essence is highly preferred
Experience with API Performance Testing and CI/CD tools (Jenkins/Azure DevOps) is an advantage
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
