Job Summary

Be responsible for the delivery of group and individual fitness instruction. Be part of a small team, which delivers a number of fun & interesting activities for guests during the week. Help your guests with enquiries within activities and around the resort.

Basic Net Salary: Negotiable (depends on experience and qualification)

● Bonuses: discretionary performance bonus

● Accommodation and transportation: 200 US$ (provided by employer)

● Visa / Work Permit: provided by employer 65 US$

● Air ticket: 500 US$ provided by employer

● Vacation: 30 calendar days paid leave

● Health insurance: provided by employer

Total per month- Negotiable + 350$ full package

About the role

To deliver with high flexibility individual and/or group fitness sessions, identify the needs and goals of the trainee and set customized effective programs. To monitor and track progress (Weight, Strength, Health and Fitness), to develop pertinent course to adjust to the changes.

Duties

• Deliver Personal Training to Hotel / Resort Guests Provide assistance to guests participating in activities within resort.
• Provide guests with fitness equipment instruction.
• Assist with resort enquiries from resort guests
• Contribute to the team environment

Skills and experience

• Female with experience in teaching group & Individual fitness classes
• Experience in basic accounting & administrative procedures
• Ability to implement new fitness & wellbeing programs
• Proven knowledge of fitness equipment
• Ability to relate to personnel within the Department and the Resort.
• Ability to play intermediate level of Tennis, Squash (preferred) Not less than 3 years of relevant experience
• Fitness Enthusiast with the ability to coach and motivate.
• Knowledge in Human Anatomy, basic Dietary science and Exercise Science.
• Strong communication and listening skills. Physical Education diploma and/or Trainer Certificate
