Planning Engineer - Senior

Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to join our client's esteemed team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management and planning, coupled with strong analytical skills to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules using advanced planning tools and methodologies.
• Lead project planning efforts by coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to establish timelines and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress against established schedules, ensuring compliance with project milestones and objectives.
• Conduct regular analysis of project performance metrics and prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders.
• Identify potential schedule risks and delays, proposing effective mitigation measures and solutions.
• Facilitate project meetings, providing updates on planning status and collaborating with teams to resolve any scheduling conflicts.
• Ensure that planning procedures adhere to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and coach junior planners, fostering skill development within the planning team.

12 to 16 Yrs Including 6 years in a specialty field

- Bachelors in civil engineering degree

- Primavera P6

Working days: 6 days a week

Working Hours: 8 hrs. + 2 hours overtime

Salary Range:

Basic 8,200 to 11,910 SAR
