Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North comprises a 345-key hotel, along with a souq encompassing 11,000sqm of leasing space, a beach club, a theme park, and a waterpark. The resort boasts panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Rixos plans to provide a platform for showcasing Qatar as a tourism destination. One of the country’s biggest draws will be Qetaifan Island North’s Waterpark attraction. The Rig 1938 is the world’s highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres.

Porter

The Porter is responsible for assisting the housekeeping team by ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of public areas, guest floors, and back-of-house spaces. This role includes handling linens, restocking supplies, and responding to guest requests to maintain high cleanliness and service standards.

• Assist in maintaining cleanliness in public areas, corridors, and service areas.
• Support room attendants by delivering linens, towels, and other supplies.
• Remove dirty linens, trash, and used amenities from guest rooms and housekeeping carts.
• Ensure the timely collection and delivery of guest laundry.
• Assist in setting up or rearranging furniture when needed.
• Replenish housekeeping trolleys with necessary supplies.
• Restock linen closets and storage rooms with fresh linens, towels, and cleaning supplies.
• Monitor and report any shortages of supplies to the housekeeping supervisor.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally, such as delivering extra pillows, towels, or toiletries.
• Report any maintenance issues, broken equipment, or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Ensure all cleaning and maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations.

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items, including linens and cleaning equipment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of housekeeping procedures and safety standards (preferred).
