YOUR POSITION IN OURTEAM

• Process all work arisingtogether with your team and always keep an eye on the open itemsand manage the maintenance and clarification of the accountsreceivable
• Manage the creation of directdebits, the execution of dunning runs and the daily booking of thebanks
• Develop the accounts receivable area,analyze and evaluate existing processes and implement new ideas asrequired
• Coordinate the monthly and annualfinancial statements (on the debit side) and keep close contactwith the other finance leads, our auditor and our taxadvisor
• Support strategic projects in financeand accounting and ensure cross-functional cooperation,transparency, pull together as a team and aid the personal andprofessional development of your team

YOUR PROFILE

• Soundprofessional experience in the finance area (especially accountsreceivable) and ideally already some team-managementexperience
• You have a certain IT affinity agood understanding of processes and like to dig around in Data andnumbers
• You work close and collegial withother teams (sales operations, accounts payable, FP&A,etc.) and create positive vibes in the team and actively promotecooperation
• Strong understanding of thecurrent MS Office tools, especially Excel and work with ERPsystems, ideally you have experience with Zuora, Zendesk,Salesforce and/or DATEV
• Good understanding ofdigital runtime products and are enthusiastic about newtechnologies and current trends and very good communication skillsin both german and english
