Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

The Principal Product Manager oversees the development and management of AI products throughout their lifecycle, from concept to deployment. This role involves defining product strategies, collaborating with cross -functional teams, and ensuring that AI products meet market needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and implement product strategies for AI products
  that align with organizational goals.
  
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept and design
  to development, testing, and deployment.
  
• Collaborate with cross -functional teams, including
  engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product
  development and launch.
  
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify
  opportunities for new AI products and enhancements to existing products.
  
• Define and prioritize product features and requirements
  based on user needs, market demands, and business objectives.
  
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and
  budgets.
  
• Monitor and analyze product performance, making necessary
  adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
  
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and
  regulatory standards in all product development activities.
  
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior product managers
  and other team members.
  
• Prepare and present product proposals, reports, and
  presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
  
• Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the
  development of departmental goals.
  
• Perform other duties relevant to the job as assigned by the
  Head of AI Products & Development or senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Product Management,
  or a related field
  
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner
  (CSPO), Project Management Professional (PMP)) are preferred
  
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management or
  related fields
  
• Experience in managing AI or technology -focused products
  
• Strong product management and organizational skills
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies
  
• Strong problem -solving and analytical skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  
• In -depth understanding of AI technologies and product
  development best practices
  
• Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis
  techniques
  
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and regulatory
  standards
  
• Ability to drive innovation and foster a culture of
  continuous improvement
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering
