Private Consultant Emergency Medicine Physician | UHNW Travel & Yacht Medical Command Role | Doha /

Permanent full -time role for a Western -trained Consultant in Emergency Medicine embedded within a UHNW medical command structure operating across Doha, private residences, executive aviation, and Mediterranean yacht itineraries.

This role functions as the senior clinical authority for acute, undifferentiated medical presentations occurring outside hospital environments. You will lead stabilisation, triage, and escalation decisions in time -critical scenarios, including trauma, cardiovascular events, acute medical deterioration, and complex multi -system instability.

You will coordinate directly with ICU, anaesthesia, and subspecialty teams across Europe, the UK, and the US to ensure rapid transfer into definitive care pathways when required. The role operates within a wider preventive and concierge medicine framework but is exclusively focused on acute clinical governance and emergency decision -making.

This is a high -autonomy, low -structure environment where clinical judgement, speed of assessment, and procedural confidence determine outcomes.
