Lead Medical Systems Analyst / Project Lead

The Lead Medical Systems Analyst / Project Lead is responsible for leading digital health, healthcare transformation, and operational improvement initiatives across Group Health & Medical Services. The role manages the full project lifecycle—from business requirements gathering and planning through implementation, change management, and benefits realization—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business and clinical objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of healthcare technology and transformation projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, map workflows, and recommend process improvements.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of healthcare systems, including Hospital Management Systems (HMS), Patient Portals, Telehealth, CRM, AI-enabled solutions, and automation initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop project documentation, dashboards, KPIs, executive reports, and governance artifacts.
• Drive change management, user adoption, training, and post-implementation support.
• Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, data privacy, and information security standards.
• Utilize reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
• Proven experience in healthcare systems, business analysis, process improvement, project implementation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in digital transformation, healthcare technology, or healthcare operations is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma, CBAP, or Healthcare Informatics are an advantage.
