Job Description - PTW Holder (Offshore)

  • Obtain, review, and maintain valid offshore Permit to Work documentation before work begins.
  • Ensure all offshore activities comply with approved PTW procedures, HSE standards, and client requirements.
  • Verify risk assessments, toolbox talks, gas tests, isolations, and required safety precautions.
  • Coordinate with offshore supervisors, HSE personnel, operations teams, and work crews.
  • Monitor worksite conditions and stop work immediately if unsafe conditions or permit violations arise.
  • Ensure permits are correctly suspended, extended, transferred, closed, or cancelled after completion.
  • Maintain accurate permit records, supporting documents, and daily offshore permit status updates.
  • Confirm personnel understand job hazards, emergency procedures, escape routes, and offshore safety requirements.


    • Requirements

    Must have atleast 4-6 years of offshore experience in the Oil & Gas / LNG sector .
    Must be a PTW QELNG Approved and have strong knowledge of PTW systems and offshore safety compliance.
    Valid TBOSIET, H2S ,OMF Certifications.
