Reportingto the Managing Director, the Finance Manager will play a seniormanagement role in the company and will attend Board Meetings topresent financial information to the directors, as well ascontributing to strategic decisionmaking.

Theposition also requires working with the Group Controller to helpthem better understand the financial performance of thebusiness.

Necessary role related knowledge, skills and experience atselection A proven track record of delivering manufacturing kpi sin SQDCP (essential) NVQ level 5 or equivalent in Management(Essential) Experience of leading a team of people includingdevelopment of Teams and individuals while creating accountabilityto deliver objectives. Able to take accountability for the shiftperformance and manpower requirements Fully able to develop teammembers, ensure excellent onboarding of all Production teammembers. Identify and address training and skills gaps to ensurefully effective team/shift. Ability to accurately understand andfollow instructions Ability to accurately complete paperworkAbility to meet deadlines Numerate & ability to operate LeanTools/ techniques i.e. Fishbone, 5 Whys, SPC, Kaizen, SMED, OEE etcEffective and timely investigations around Safety and Qualityissues. Proficient in use Microsoft Office and company datacollection systems Good knowledge of Company products and theirrelated quality standards Good verbal and written communicationskills Ability to work as part of a team
