JobObjective
Perform administrative functions ofthe human resources department and ensure smooth onboarding of newjoiners complete off boarding formalities in compliance with thecurrent policies provide various services to the employees andmaintain positive employeerelations.
Adequately maintain HR archivingsystem and recommend changes to improve the current system. Resolverecurring issues with expertise gained by HR/systemprocesses.

Responsibilities/Communication/OHSE
KeyRoles & Responsibilities
PersonnelAdministration
Ensure accurate records ofemployee s data are maintained to facilitate timely and easyretrieval of information
Assist in the exitclearance process of separating employees; and deliver variouspayment related documents to Finance and confidential documents asinstructed.
Monitor and update the company sretirement plan and ensure that the retirement letters are issuedwith required noticeperiod
Archiving
Evaluate personnel records or files for preservation andretention
Retain and maintain HumanResources related materials records files in the HR databasesystems or archives
Provide referenceservices for employees needing archivalmaterials
Build strong relationships withexternal archiving companies gather vendor information and acquiretheir arching services
Support infacilitating training sessions on archival procedures in order tomake the retrieval process for employees easier andefficient
HR Systems & ProcessesSupport
Guide Employees and DepartmentCoordinators on policy procedure HR systems and provide necessarysupport
Support enhancement and automationof Personnel Module in Oracle Fusion
ReviewPersonal Contributions received through ESS updating and changingAssignment forms in Fusion to reflect Payroll module for variouseligibilities and for policy compliance andaccuracy
Test new system initiatives(Personnel Module in Oracle Fusion) and complete UATs to confirmtheir viability prior to moving toproduction
Promptly address any systemworkflow errors troubleshoot problems or needs and escalate them tothe IT Department and rectify in coordination withIT
Others
Lead theDepartment Coordinators team to perform tasks in Oracle Fusion andin case of experiencing process relatedissues
Analyze and provide various reportsto the management
Complete internal auditors requirements during audit process provide documents and otherinformation upon request
Perform job relatedduties asassigned

MinimumQualification/Experiences/Skills
Education& Professional Qualification:
Diploma Degree in Secretarial or Office Management orequivalent
Professional Experience:
3 5 years in an Administrativeposition
Geographic Experience:
Not required
ComputerSkills:
Good knowledge of office and webapplications
Language Skills:
Arabic and English (ability to write readand speak)
Market/Industry/FunctionalKnowledge:
Good knowledge of administrativeand clerical procedures
Good knowledge ofdata recording and management methods tools and relatedtechniques
Good knowledge of principles andprocesses for providing personalservices
