Quality Assurance/ Trainer

Job Description: Quality Assurance / Trainer (Qatar)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate processes, services, or performance to ensure compliance with quality standards and organizational policies.
  

• Conduct audits, assessments, and quality reviews, and prepare detailed evaluation reports.
  

• Identify gaps in performance and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs based on quality findings and operational requirements.
  

• Conduct onboarding, refresher, and skill enhancement training sessions for employees.
  

• Develop training materials, manuals, presentations, and assessment tools.
  

• Measure training effectiveness and provide feedback to management.
  

• Collaborate with operations and management teams to continuously improve quality and performance standards.
  

• Ensure adherence to company procedures, client requirements, and applicable regulations in Qatar.
  

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical, evaluation, and reporting skills.
  

• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  

• Ability to deliver engaging training sessions and provide constructive feedback.
  

• Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
  

• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant quality or training tools.
  

Preferred:

• Experience in training delivery and quality auditing.
  

• Certification in Quality Management, Training, or related disciplines.
  

• Experience working in Qatar or the GCC region.
