Conduct quality testing and assurance for all repairs to ensure work is completed in line with job orders. Monitor and ensure that quality standards are implemented in all areas of activity and report any deviation upon occurrence.
Conduct detailed final overall inspection for all vehicles prior to delivery.
Whilst testing and inspecting vehicles note any additional work required and report to Service Reception accordingly
Maintain records of quality inspections and tabulate workshop quality levels monthly making recommendations for actions required to improve quality levels
Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental standards are maintained throughout the site within legal requirements and in line with Company policy. Report any out-of-line conditions to the Branch Service Manager. This also applies to personnel performing company business off site. Maintain records of any out of line conditions showing corrective action taken, with dates.
Perform other duties as assigned by immediate Manager.
Skills
With Dealership Experience (3 – 5 Years)
With Qatar Driving License
Minimum bachelor's level education in Engineering from a recognized automotive brands or dealerships
Hands-on experience in MS Office software and other applications.
