Job Description - Quality Engineer

  • Conduct scheduled audits of SOPs, CMDB records and preventive-maintenance evidence.
  • Verify operational reports against ITSM system data.
  • Track corrective actions arising from audits and quality reviews.
  • Support root-cause analysis activities.
  • Assist in maintaining the known-error database.
  • Maintain quality documentation, audit records and audit trails.
  • Support the QC Manager in maintaining service quality across the contract.


    • Requirements

    • Diploma/Degree in Engineering or IT.
    • ISO/IEC 20000 or ISO 27001 Internal Auditor certification.
    • ITIL Foundation.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in quality or service-management support.
    • Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
    • Good documentation and audit-record management skills.
    • Understanding of ITSM and quality-management processes.
    • Must comply with airport HSE, cybersecurity and security requirements.
