Job Description - Real Estate Brokers

  • Penetrate into the market and seek for new business opportunities
  • Prioritize and maximize leasing/selling of owners and/or partner’s properties
  • Plan and carry out marketing activities to achieve targets within the timelines
  • Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys
  • Plan and schedule daily meetings with potential clients
  • Responsible for entering into marketing contracts with landlords of outside properties
  • Should have knowledge of all the existing and new vacant properties (internal/outside properties)
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales


Requirements

- Any nationality but preferably Arabic
- Male or Female
- 6 candidates
- With experience in Real Estate Services
- Full salary package (Basic, Accommodation Allowance, Transportation Allowance, Food
Allowance & Other Allowance) QAR 10,000 to QAR 12,000
- Locally available
- Assignment in Doha Office with 07:00 – 16:30 schedule Sundays to Wednesdays and 07:00 – 14:00
Thursdays. Fridays and alternate Saturdays off.
- Yearly ticket entitlement
