Our Client is seeking a motivated andexperienced local Real Estate Marketing Manager to join our team.As a Real Estate Marketing Manager you will be responsible fordeveloping and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns topromote our real estate properties and attract potential buyers ortenants. You will work closely with the sales team advertisingagencies and other stakeholders to ensure effective marketinginitiatives that drive sales and generate leads. The idealcandidate will have a strong understanding of the real estatemarket and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:

• Developand execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote realestate properties.
• Conduct market research toidentify target audiences and trends.
• Createand manage advertising and promotional materials includingbrochures websites social media content and onlinelistings.
• Collaborate with the sales team todevelop sales support materials and ensure effective communicationof property features and benefits.
• Organize andparticipate in property showcase events and openhouses.

Requirements

• Minimum5 years of experience in real estate marketing or relatedfield.
