BioTechniqueis a highly potent sterile injectable and clinical oncolyticsmanufacturing company dedicated to providing cytotoxic and highpotency sterile injectable fill-finish services. BioTechnique sproject management and client services staff work closely with ourclients to meet all manufacturing needs. From IND applicationsthrough commercial scale production, we provide formulation andcompounding, fill-finish, and optional lyophilization services fora wide variety of liquid injectables. YourRole

TheLife Sciences Communications & Sales Associate Intern willassist in day-to-day activities related to business development.This includes: Outbound cold calls, Warm leads, Marketing calls,LinkedIn emails, presentations, sales, and PSC Biotech clientsupport in the United States and internationally. This is alearning role, as you succeed you grow, expand, and we promote fromwithin. The incumbent is also responsible and accountable for theexecution of the PSC mission, to maintain the integrity andprofessionalism of our products and services while enabling steadygrowth and development.

  • Makeoutbound sales calls where you will engage with new prospects (froma list provided to you) to present PSC Biotech consultingservices.
  • Travelrequired for business events, trade shows, etc.
  • Contributeto the growth of PSC by providing strong, compelling, andpersuasive communication efforts as well as selling, prospecting,and contributing to the overall strategy of thecompany.
  • Engagewith potential new and existing clients to present PSC products andsolutions.
  • Developcreative email campaigns in your assigned region to supplementoutbound calls to newprospects.
  • Assistin the development and execution of other unique outreachcampaigns.
  • Manageyour prospects as you cultivate relationships to generate leads forPSC salesteam.
  • Workwith Business Development Managers to contact prospects before andafter events like trade shows andconferences.
  • Workwith marketing and business development to build creative andinformative materials to send to prospects andclients.
  • Workwith Business Development Managers to incorporate target companiesinto your outreachcadence.
  • Generatesales reports whennecessary.
  • Documentsales activities inCRM.
  • Assistsin formal sales presentations with assigned Business DevelopmentManagers and follow-up calls to prospective new businessaccounts.
  • Assistsin proposals account for items commonly overlooked, such as traveltime, project management, off-site and pre-site visit hours, andequipment rental, asapplicable.
  • Leadin the documentation of sales activities to facilitate theappropriate reporting of client contacts, notes, opportunities, andsales pipeline.
  • Provideassistance in forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenuestreams for field as well as current pipeline for Insidesales
  • RepresentProfessional Services and PSC Biotech at business developmentactivities worldwide, whenapplicable.
  • Additionalduties and responsibilities may be assigned from time totime.

  • Internsmust be local to York, PA and be able to work full-time duringbreaks and part-time during the academicsemesters.
  • Abilityto build and maintain strong, trusting, and effective relationshipswith a customer-focused mindset.
