Receptionist Admin will be responsible forensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our branch, managingthe front desk, and providing administrative support. •Coordinate workspace office activities to ensure efficiency andstrict adherence to company policies. • Greet and welcomevisitors with a professional and friendly demeanor. •Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.• Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy andpresentable. • Act as the point of contact between branchstaff and administrative leadership. • Handle andprioritize incoming and outgoing correspondence, including calls,emails and mail. • Assist in scheduling appointments andmeetings for branch members. • Oversee the dailyactivities of the administrative team. • Provide guidanceand support to reception and admin staff. • Reportdirectly to the admin lead, ensuring seamless communication andcoordination. • Coordinate with various departments tofacilitate smooth business operations. • Keep track ofoffice supplies and ensure their timely replenishment. •Collaborate with the facilities team to address maintenance andcleanliness issues. • Register and manage visitors,ensuring a positive and professional experience. • Notifyappropriate personnel of visitor arrivals and guide them todesignated areas. Skills • 2+ years working experience ina similar administrative role. • Bachelor's degreein office administration or a related field • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite. • Strong organizational andmultitasking abilities. • Attention to detail andproblem-solving skills.
