Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist (Arabic Speaker) to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure the hiring of qualified professionals who meet our organizations needs. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, fluency in Arabic and English, and a deep understanding of local and regional labor markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding.

• Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and define job requirements.

• Prepare and post job advertisements across various online platforms and social media channels.

• Source and screen candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.

• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates suitability.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Prepare offer letters and assist in the onboarding of selected candidates.

• Support employer branding and local recruitment campaigns.

• Stay updated on labor law changes, market trends, and salary benchmarks.
