Job Description - Recruitment Specialist

About the Role

Bureau Veritas Qatar is looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team in Doha. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business lines, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver quality hires at pace.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple concurrent vacancies, from job posting through offer and onboarding

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build effective sourcing strategies

Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates, ensuring a strong and diverse pipeline

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and vacancy tracking

Ensure recruitment activity complies with Qatar labour law and BV internal policy

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, particularly within the oil and gas sector

Provide regular pipeline updates and reporting to HR and business stakeholders

Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives

Requirements

3-5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in an in-house or agency capacity

Proven experience recruiting within the oil and gas market sector

Prior recruitment experience in the Qatar market is essential

Strong multitasking ability, with experience managing several vacancies simultaneously

Proactive, self-starting approach with strong attention to detail

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Familiarity with Qatar labour law and local hiring practices

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
