Recruitment Specialist (Oil and Gas)

We are hiring for Recruitment Specialist (Oil and Gas)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering or any related field.
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Extensive experience in blue and white-collar recruitment, onboarding, and bulk hiring.
• Strong technical knowledge of oil and gas positions and industry-specific requirements.
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
• Must possess valid QID and can provide NOC.
