Residence Manager (relocation to Qatar)

About the role:

The resident manager position focuses on enhancing the quality of life in the Apartments. The position requires an individual who is flexible enough to assume a variety of roles as dictated by the changing needs. It is crucial that an individual be able to relate well to others and handle administrative responsibilities. The RM is more than just a friendly presence; he is the crucial link in creating positive environment.

Duties:

• Manage the luxury residence of the company owner's family; ensure the smooth operation of the residence; manage and coordinate services and deliveries; organize banquets and events and making sure everything is looked after from the flowers, to the menu to the silver service; 


• manage household staff and overseeing day to day running of the property; 


• oversee F&B and kitchen operation, laundry, garden, garage, purchase, inventory control; HR functions (schedule, appraisals, staff requirements, etc); 


• demonstrate a high level of hospitality and management professionalism.     

Skills and experience:

•  Female with minimum 5 years of related experience. 

• A multitasker with meticulous attention to details. 

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills 

• Service orientation and excellent organizational skills. 

• Capable of directing and teaching staff. Graduate of Hotel and Hospitality Management or taken vocational training course in Hospitality Management.
