Responsibilities • Customer Service›Directs and coordinates all marketing activities and tocommunicate these activities throughout the hotel.›Ensures the delivery of brand promise and providesexceptional guest service at all times. ›Providesexcellent service to internal customers in other departments asappropriate. ›Handles all guest and internal customercomplaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner,following through to make sure problems are resolvedsatisfactorily. ›Maintains positive guest and colleagueinteractions with good working relationships.›Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining goodcustomer relationships. • Operational ›Ensuresthat minimum brand standards have been implemented.›Responds to the results of the Consumer Audit andensures that the relevant changes are implemented.›Works closely with other Outlet employees in asupportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success ofthe hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests. ›Worksin a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in aspirit of “We work through Teams”.›Greets customers and seats guests accordingly.›Computes bill according to items consumed by guests.›Presents checks/ bill showing amount due.›Makes change, cashes checks, and issues receipts toguests. ›Records amounts received and prepares reportsof transactions. ›Reads and records totals shown on cashregister tape and verifies against cash on hand. ›Quotesprice and describes features of items for which money is received.›Makes necessary checks needed for specificfunction.
