Responsiblity:

• Receiving,processing, and organizing shipments and deliveriesaccordingly.
• Restockingdepleted or low shop items and ensuring that the sales floor isorganized according to establishedguidelines.
• Assistingcustomers in locating desired shopitems.
• Informingcustomers of shop promotions to encouragepurchases.
• Performingregular price audits to identify and correct pricediscrepancies.
• Performingend-of-day cleaning duties, which includes wiping down windows,mirrors, and fixtures as well as sweeping and mopping the shopfloor.
• Addressingand resolving customers complaints in a professionalmanner.
• Processingcustomer payments using the shop's Point of Sale (POS)system.
• Maintainingan in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice andrecommendations asneeded.
