RUYA B1 Cybersecurity Engineer

Qualification andExperience Required: • Qualification: Engineering degreein Electrical and Electronic /Instrument and control engineering orsimilar. • Experience: 10-15 years' experience asICSS and Packages cybersecurity engineer in Offshore Oil and Gasindustry. • Experience in conducting cybersecurity riskassessment, identify acceptable levels of risk, analyze proposedcontrols and mitigations for identified risks and follow theimplementation of risk treatment plans. • Detailedknowledge of key models, industry standards, frameworks and bestpractices including ISA99/IEC 62443, ISA/IEC 61511, NIST and QatarICS security. • Holding of active Industry certificationsin ICS Security is plus such as ISA99/IEC 62443, GICSP or CISSP.• Holding or welling to acquire offshore certificationi.e. OPITO T-BOSEIT and OPITO H2S certification, QE pass andmedical fitness. • Strong engineering knowledge of projectdesign and execution, package interfaces • Computerliterate, especially in cybersecurity design related software.• Strong leadership skills and good communication skills.• Good analytical skills. • Familiar with Totalgeneral specifications is a plus, and with relevant internationalcodes and standards. • Language: fluent English.• Ability to travel and work on projects in a complex andmulticultural environment. Accountabilities • EnsureEngineering Dossier are delivered with a robust cybersecurityengineering definition and fit for purpose design that can beprocured, fabricated, transported, installed, and operated safely,meeting the requirements of the company's standard, projectbasis of design, and SOR. • Ensure assigned project tasksare well managed in accordance with the project execution plan andcontractual requirements that includes but not limited to:• Implementation of the company's cybersecurityrequirements and standards • Thorough, efficient, andtimely review of the relevant project discipline documents,realization of potential derogations to the standards, andchallenge the design to achieve an optimize and fit for purposeoutcome. • Focal point for cybersecurity discipline andinterface/coordinate cybersecurity subjects and required activitieswith the company's MP Engineering Team, thecompany's DBS Cybersecurity team, and RUYA B1 Packages.• Support project audits, studies, tests, and meetingsrelated to the Cybersecurity discipline as per project approvedgate levels and design maturity.
