We believe that “experience is everything”, resulting in our passion for creating unforgettable experiences for both our customers, partners and employees The Sales & Admin Executive will be… Managing invoices and petty cash properly Request Purchase Orders from Procurement Process in GCC and Qatar office within 3 days upon request Supporting sending and gathering documents from B2B and B2C merchants with a week deadline Organising stationaries, office supplies and IT equipment. Collect documents from post office Processing Product Sales Providing salesforce, merchant portal and other and related training when needed, especially for the new joiners.  Drafting contracts, creating offers, raising tickets, and resolving them in a timely manner.   Provide support in DCP license application.   Arranging errands like product sales and vouchers delivery. Answering Incoming phone calls and help with CS inquiries.   You’ll enjoy and succeed in this job if…. Fluent in Arabic and English You have excellent organisation skills. You are able to prioritise tasks based on their importance. You take initiatives and can work independently as well as in a team. Have time management skills. Experience required.
