Design and develop new processes (PCP) to meet customerrequirements and Conceptualize assembly process/tools in eithermanual, semi-automatic, fully-automatic or multi-purposefixtures

Create specification/requirements for automation process, reviewservice provider technical quotations, lead trial-run buy-off andprocess qualification; meeting intended machine KPI prior toreleasing intoproduction

Modify existing equipment, jigs and fixtures and machines orprocesses to meet the needs of manufacturingoperations

Introduce new technology and design in processing, handling andmanufacturing technology, abreast with latest, advancedtechnologies available

Execute engineering project to enhance yield, productivity& cost reduction through processes

Initiate, develop and implement new processes orsupplier

Qualification and Documentation of new processes developed formanufacturing

Requirements

Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or MechatronicEngineering or other relevantdiscipline

Minimum 5 years experience (diploma) or 3 years experience (degree)in Tool & Die Design, or Manufacturing Process Workingexperience in connector manufacturing process would be stronglyFamiliar with statistical process control tool for process

Hands-on experience in stamping processes and mechanical assemblyExperience in Vision system and PLC programming will be
