Sales and Marketing Staff for Car Tints (Arabic Speaker)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Staff member fluent in Arabic to join our team in Qatar, specializing in car tinting services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both sales and marketing, excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, and a passion for the automotive industry. This role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to promote our car tinting services, driving customer acquisition and retention, and enhancing brand awareness.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

#### **Sales Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Acquisition:**

- Identify and target potential clients for car tinting services.

- Develop and maintain relationships with car owners, dealerships, and automotive businesses to generate sales leads.

2. **Sales Presentations and Negotiations:**

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

3. **Client Relationship Management:**

- Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients.

- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.

4. **Reporting and Documentation:**

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance.

- Prepare regular reports on sales metrics and market feedback.

#### **Marketing Responsibilities:**

1. **Marketing Strategy Development:**

- Assist in creating and implementing comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote car tinting services.

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences.

2. **Content Creation and Management:**

- Develop and manage marketing content in Arabic and English, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and promotional materials.

- Ensure all content is culturally relevant and appealing to the target audience.

3. **Digital Marketing:**

- Manage and optimize online marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).

- Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.

4. **Event Coordination:**

- Plan and execute marketing events, workshops, and seminars to promote car tinting services.

- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

5. **Collaboration and Coordination:**

- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.

- Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and agencies to execute marketing initiatives.

6. **Reporting and Analysis:**

- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.

### **Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the automotive or car tinting industry.

- Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.

- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing and sales strategies.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM, email marketing tools).

### **Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience in the Qatari market.

- Knowledge of car tinting products and services.

- Familiarity with graphic design tools and software.
