Description

Key Roles &Responsibilities

GenerateLubricant and Chemicals business from local Industrial AutomotiveTrading and Shipping companies.
Identifying andnetworking with prospective clients & generating businessfrom existing accounts.
Increase sales byachieving the targeted number of quotations and invoices within agiven period of time to enhanceproductivity.
Ensure customers are satisfiedwith product performance andservice.
Preparation of documents for tendersand business transactions.
Prepare weekly andmonthly sales reports to be forwarded to the Supervisor. Updatecustomer visitDatabase.

MonitorInventory level regularly and prepare list of items for stockreplenishment to optimize stock and ensure availability of productsin stock at any time.
Procuring materials andservices in cost effective ways to cut procurement costs understandthe product and approach the rightsuppliers.
Assist the Sales Supervisor andSales Executive to perform some of the sales coordinator tasksincluding but not limited to: Quotation preparation attendcustomers enquiries tender documentation preparation to achieve thebudgeted sales target.
Handling the landingorders and coordinating with warehouse team for timely delivery toclients. Ensure all Deliveries are Invoiced onTime.
Performs other duties as may be assignedby the Supervisor Lubricants.
Ensure fullcompliance with the safety goals objectives and procedures towardsachieving zeroLTI.

Qualifications

Education & Professional Qualification:
Bachelors degree
ProfessionalExperience:
Previous experience in similar orrelated field (23 years)
GeographicExperience:
Qatar / GCC
Computer Skills:
Strong handsonknowledge of PC operating systems
Microsoft Office Suitespecifically Outlook Word Excel and Power Point. Experience withCRM and ERP platforms (including Oracle Fusion) is anasset.
Language Skills:
English (Verbal & Written) Hindi/Urdu ispreferred.
Market/Industry/FunctionalKnowledge:
Preferred candidate who has previousexperience in Lubricant and Chemicals Marine/IndustrialProducts
