Job Description - Sales Development Representative

About theRole: Vercel is looking for a French speaking Allbound SDR, EMEA tojoin Vercel's Sales Development Team! AllboundSDR's are key to our product adoption and company growth.In this role, you will act as Vercel's first line ofcontact for Marketing generated leads and be responsible foridentifying, qualifying and creating net-new qualifiedopportunities for the Account Executive team in the EMEA and APACregions. You will work mostly with potential prospects, but willcollaborate heavily with Sales, Marketing, Sales Engineering,Developer Relations, and Customer Success to learn more aboutproduct, positioning, and messaging. What You Will Do: •Follow up on Marketing Qualified Leads within expected SLA• Convert MQL's into Sales Qualified Opportunitiesthrough various channels of communication, including: phone, email,LinkedIn, chat and other • Maintain active and strategicengagement with leads that have indicated an interest in Vercelthrough informed, creative follow-ups • Educateprospective buyers on the value of Vercel's Enterpriseproduct • Collaborate as a team and participate in huddlesto celebrate wins, share best practices and brainstorm solutions tochallenges • Work closely with Sales, Marketing &Demand Generation and provide clear and actionable feedback basedon your front line experience About You: • Prior historyof success in an allbound software sales role at a startup orsimilar fast-paced work environment • Driven and motivatedby quota • Aptitude for growth and development •Excellent phone presence and advanced written communication skills• Eager to learn and adapt quickly to changes •Strong organizational skills and ability to simultaneously manage ahigh volume of prospect & customer interactions •French language skills Bonus If You: • Have previousSalesforce & Outreach experience • Have a previoustechnical background Benefits: • Great compensationpackage and stock options. • Inclusive Healthcare Package.• Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you toevents that help you build your network and skills. •Flexible Time Off - Flexible vacation policy with a recommended4-weeks per year, and paid holidays. • Remote Friendly -Work with teammates from different time zones across the globe.• We will provide you the gear you need to do your role,and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
