Job Description - Sales Director

Alford Hughes Real Estate, a leading international real estate company based in Doha, is seeking a dynamic Sales Director (Head of Sales) to lead our sales team. The role involves overseeing the sale of international properties, international portfolio management, and international developer marketing activities. The Sales Director will be based at our headquarters in The Pearl Qatar and will manage a team of sales agents while collaborating with international developers utilizing our marketing suite in Doha.

Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for international properties, portfolio management, and developer marketing activities.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales agents, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their performance.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including international developers, investors, and high-net-worth individuals, to drive sales opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.
  4. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning for Alford Hughes Real Estate services.
  5. Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling marketing materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
  6. Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and oversee the closing process for property sales, portfolio management contracts, and marketing agreements.
  7. Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze key metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed to drive results.
  8. Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market trends, and strategy effectiveness for senior management.

  • Sales Leadership: Proven experience leading and motivating sales teams to achieve targets in the real estate industry.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Client Focus: Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of international real estate markets, including property trends, regulations, and investment opportunities.

  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market data and sales performance metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing market conditions and business priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales leadership roles, preferably in an international context.
  • Strong network and relationships within the real estate industry.
  • Excellent track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
