• Memorizingtechnical product specifications and keeping up-to-date with newcompany products as well as industrytrends.
• Attending conferences, lectures,seminars, and workshops to improve your skills andknowledge.
• Conducting market research andobtaining feedback from clients to improve existingproducts.
• Writing reports and liaising with theproduction team regarding issues, foreseeable problems, andeffective solutions.
• Simplifying technicalterms during product demonstrations and post-sales customersupport.
• Maintaining strong professionalrelationships with existing clients and meeting with new clients toexpand sales territories.
• Updating orders andsales and negotiating the best contractterms.
• Listening to customers’ needsand advising them on the best products tobuy.
