Sales Executive / Course Counselor cum Marketing

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive / Course Counselor cum Marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students on course offerings and enrollment processes.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential students.
• Conduct sales activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Attend and create education fairs, exhibitions, and other events to promote our courses.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and sales activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to students and their families.

Qualifications:

• Preferred but not mandatory, Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or counseling, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
