Job Description - Sales Executive Outdoor

1. Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential customers in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential leads and convert them into sales.
  • Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with clients after sales to ensure product satisfaction and foster repeat business.

3. Territory Management:

  • Plan and execute daily sales activities, including visits to clients and potential clients.
  • Cover the designated sales territory efficiently, ensuring maximum client coverage.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends within the territory.

4. Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly territory analyses.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

5. Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate to customers.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

6. Promotional Activities:

  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to showcase products and attract potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

7. Financial Responsibility:

  • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
  • Manage sales budgets and expenses efficiently.

8. Innovation and Improvement:

  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales processes and techniques.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • Sales: 4 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
