Job Description - Sales Executive - Wooden Board Manufacturing

Black & Grey HR isrecruiting for a prestigious and toptier manufacturer ofspecialised woodbased panel products in Doha Qatar. Our client isactively seeking a dynamic and seasoned Sales Executive who will beresponsible for achieving sales targets building and maintainingcustomer relationships and driving business growth. The successfulcandidate will possess exceptional communication and negotiationskills the ability to work autonomously and effectively managemultiple tasks.

Responsibiities:
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities andevaluate customer needs
Activelyseek out new sales opportunities through cold calling networkingand social media
Set up meetingswith potential clients and listen to their wishes andconcerns
Possess a deepunderstanding of our wooden board products including technicalspecifications applications and competitive advantages. Effectivelycommunicate product features and benefits tocustomers.
Negotiate/close dealsand handle complaints orobjections
Gather feedback fromcustomers or prospects and share with internalteams
Manage Key AccountsSolution Selling and Pipeline Management catering to both SMEs andMNCs
Drive longterm revenuetargets and strategic objectives
Oversee the sales cycle from initial contact to postclosing stageensuring all client requirements are addressed and a clear scope ofwork is defined for thecontract

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a relatedfield.
Minimum of 3 yearsexperience in manufacturing industry B2B sales (Woodenproducts).
Demonstrated trackrecord of meeting and exceeding salestargets.
Selfmotivated and ableto work independently
Excellentcommunication negotiation and interpersonalskills.
Proficiency in CRMsoftware Microsoft Office suite and other salestools.
Analytical mindset withthe ability to interpret sales data and market trends to driveinformeddecisionmaking.

-Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, BusinessAdministration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - Aproven track record of 8-10 years in supply chain, procurement, andlogistics roles, with at least 3-5 years in leadership positions. -Profound knowledge of procurement strategies, supply chainoptimization, and logistics management. - Previous experience inthe manufacturing industry, particularly in wood-based panelproducts or related sectors, is highly advantageous - Exceptionalnegotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ananalytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.- Proficiency in utilizing supply chain management software andtools. - Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performingteam.
