The successfulcandidate will possess exceptional communication and negotiationskills the ability to work autonomously and effectively managemultiple tasks.
Responsibiities:
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities andevaluate customer needs
Activelyseek out new sales opportunities through cold calling networkingand social media
Set up meetingswith potential clients and listen to their wishes andconcerns
Possess a deepunderstanding of our wooden board products including technicalspecifications applications and competitive advantages. Effectivelycommunicate product features and benefits tocustomers.
Negotiate/close dealsand handle complaints orobjections
Gather feedback fromcustomers or prospects and share with internalteams
Manage Key AccountsSolution Selling and Pipeline Management catering to both SMEs andMNCs
Drive longterm revenuetargets and strategic objectives
Oversee the sales cycle from initial contact to postclosing stageensuring all client requirements are addressed and a clear scope ofwork is defined for thecontract
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a relatedfield.
Minimum of 3 yearsexperience in manufacturing industry B2B sales (Woodenproducts).
Demonstrated trackrecord of meeting and exceeding salestargets.
Selfmotivated and ableto work independently
Excellentcommunication negotiation and interpersonalskills.
Proficiency in CRMsoftware Microsoft Office suite and other salestools.
Analytical mindset withthe ability to interpret sales data and market trends to driveinformeddecisionmaking.
