Sales Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead revenue generation efforts within the industrial manufacturing and temporary structures sector. This role is responsible for driving new business development, managing key accounts, and leading the sales team to achieve strategic growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
Identify new business opportunities across events, industrial, commercial, and government sectors.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Key Account & Client Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, event organizers, and corporate clients.
Understand client requirements and propose customized structural solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.
Set KPIs, monitor sales pipelines, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Drive a results-oriented and customer-focused sales culture.
Tendering, Negotiation & Contract Management
Oversee preparation of proposals, tenders, and pricing structures.
Negotiate commercial terms and contracts in line with company policies.
Coordinate with engineering and operations teams for technical and cost alignment.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards.
Provide strategic market insights to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
7–12 years of sales experience, preferably in manufacturing, structures, construction, or event solutions.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
