We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in the paints and coatings industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their potential.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion and partnerships.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously improve sales strategies.Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, outlining performance metrics and action plans.Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and products.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the paints and coatings industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.In-depth knowledge of market dynamics and industry trends.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.A dynamic and supportive work environment.How to Apply:
