Job Description - Sales Manager

Ensure comprehensive and completecoverage of own portfolio, covering all levels of accountsmanagerial and departmental executives for a comprehensive clientservicing, achieving targets and maximumproductivity
Implement and execute all salesobjectives and action plans to reach and exceed targetsset
Establish parameters, quotes and negotiateprices with customers for transient and group business inconnection with the properties
Promote andproduce sales leads for Rotana within its respectiveareas
Provide feedback on changing marketingconditions, including trends in the competition, as a result ofdirect sales solicitation, telephone and direct mail in its marketareas
Establish and maintain files of majoraccounts and assist Superiors in maintaining the accountsmanagement system
Ensure that sellingstrategies are adhered to during negotiations and maximize upselling opportunities wheneverpossible
