Job Description - Sales Manager- Electrical

We seek a dedicated Sales Manager for our Electrical Division’s Projects Team. You will be responsible for leading the sales initiatives, enhancing customer engagement, and driving the achievement of ambitious sales targets.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Drive sales performance by generating sales through the projects team and empowering the business capabilities.
  • Maximize sales potential with existing and potential customers, ensuring a robust growth trajectory.
  • Expand our customer database by introducing new clients and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Engage with consultants, developers, and end users to get our products listed on their Preferred Vendor Lists (PVL).
  • Strategically plan and implement yearly sales targets for the projects team, aiming to meet or exceed these goals.
  • Provide support in deal closures, negotiate effectively with suppliers, and ensure optimal costing.
  • Regularly track sales achievements, analyze monthly figures, and forecast sales revenue for strategic planning.
  • Monitor team performance, provide evaluations, and ensure sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Oversee inventory control, manage payment collections, and minimize bad debts within the projects team.
  • Personally achieve sales and gross margin targets as set by the Section Head and EIM management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 11-15 years experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the electrical industry or related fields.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, and a strong customer service focus.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with professional communication skills.
