Sales Manager (Male)

A largest Health club located in Doha - Qatar needs to hire the following position:
Job Title: Sales Manager (Male)
The Sales Manager oversees sales initiatives, and manage the total sales effort of the club, this includes membership sales, F&B and Recreation Sales promotional activities with the aim of moving the business forward; consistent with corporate objectives
Job Description:
1.Meeting with prospective clients, providing them with the necessary information about the Club while maintaining high standards of professionalism; and work to maintain the existing clients.
2.Solicits members and guests feedback and offers new ideas for members retention and improved customer services.
3. Develop and maintain active liaison with the General Manager and all other department Heads including Food and Beverage Executive Manager & the Recreation Manager.
4. Provides sales leadership, and training to the sales team,
5. Handle all aspects of membership sales, initial inquiry, meeting, Conducting visitors and potential members around the club to show them the club’s facilities, and follow-ups.
6. Prepares and modify the club’s Sales Plan as necessary to ensure best possible results.
7.Develops and implements sales policies and procedures for the sales Department.
8. Responsible for the selection, training and development of efficient sales department staff capable of contributing to the growth of the club.
9. Actively socialize and interact with members and customers
10. Provide a Monthly Membership Report to reflect the membership statistics with monthly and yearly comparisons

Job Skills

•Bachelor degree in a related field
•Minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience in the same position.
•Candidate with experience in the Hospitality industry is an advantage
•Must be motivated with high level of energy and work ethic.
•Excellent management and leadership skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
