Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our social media and digital marketing, photography, and videography division in Doha. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within a similar industry, showcasing exceptional sales skills and the ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the social media, digital marketing, photography, and videography sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their potential.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously improve sales strategies.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, outlining performance metrics and action plans.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and services.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the social media, digital marketing, photography, or videography industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of market dynamics and industry trends.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
