Management & Brand visibility1. Manage all assigned outlets on specified day of the week or as neededMaintain all client rules and regulations while operating inside the store including informing proper person (security) of need to operate within the store2. Assist the Supervisors/ Managers in BDA negotiations & adherence thereby3. Merchandise all selling points to standard & Planograms4. Report any outlet issues to management if any daily – technical, contractual including POSM & marketing issues etc.5. Evaluate POSM/Contractual visibility and inspect its accordance with company requirements6. Note any changes with product in-store status and any other points of concern7. Manage & maintain back store stock and evaluate – batches, dates, damages, stock levels8. Discuss order requirements with section manager/shelf in charge and make recommendations on quantities9. Conduct inventory and restocking requirements & ensure stock availability on and off shelf locations10. Ensure contracted customers are following visibility contract requirements11. Maintain POSM assigned on the route including ensuring stock rotation on both warm and cold shelves12. Maintain and increase visibility within each outlet including working to increase purchase points13. Communicate opportunities available within outlets to supervisor for follow up14. Update supervisor regularly on any competitor promotions which may detract from UMG brand visibility and/or sales
Sales
Target Achievements1. Evaluate all selling points (FIFO, selling price, distribution, planogram, location, stock level)Collections1. Check for any pending or due collections and collect the same2. Follow up on all overdue collections for respective outlets3. Report collections and payments to accounts and management on a regular basis
Orders1. Collect LPOs from office and prepare invoices2. Submit invoices to Product Availability Rep (Delivery Drivers) for delivery & follow up on dates and priorities for delivery3. Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets for assigned outlets
