OBJECTIVE/ PURPOSE OF THEJOB:
This individual contributing role workstowards achieving set monthly targets in the assigned routes inline with company and principal objectives. Works with specifieddefined set guidelines such as fixed journey plan, availabilitymodel and specific sales initiatives. Decision making limited toimmediate and everyday issues and works within specifically defineddivision and principal guidelines and procedures, will beresponsible for driving expedited growth in designated salesterritories in the Qatar market, he/ she will monitor and guaranteethe efficient distribution of the company’s products, byrunning display and promotion activities, as well as rendering aprofessional level of services to the customers in the assignedterritory. The role foresees working in close collaboration withthe distributors and business partnerpersonnel’s.
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations
- Min3-4 Years’ Experience as a Cash Van Sales Representativein FMCG/ OTC distribution company Knowledge in Qatar Market ,PharmaChannel
- Establish good relationship withcustomer network
- Good Knowledge in CustomerBase of Well-Known Pharma Chain AcrossQatar.
- Experience from a multi-national orregional company in preferably FMCG orOTC.
- Extensive experience in working in keydistributors and customers
- Experience inchannel development and distributionmanagement
- Ensure distribution of theproducts
- Merchandising stock and Good Knowledgein Non- Food & Food.
- Good Understandingin FIFO and LELO of Products Shelf Live.
- Stockrotation, Returns & collections inAccounts.
- Support new productintroductions.
- Operate efficiently allocatingproper time for each customer.
- Update the database of Trade Assets
- Deliver accurate andcomprehensive competition activityreport.
- Provide leave coverage whenrequired
- Manual and AutomaticLicense.
- Extensive Experience in Warehouse andLogistics Operations including Loading, Inventory, andTransfers.
- Team player & with GrowthMindset
