The Account Manageris responsible for building and maintaining strong clientrelationships by providing exceptional responsiveness to eachclient s needs and requests. The primary role would be managingpharmacy insurance benefits and serving as the liaison between theclient and MaxorPlus. Work activities include managing prescriptionbenefit plans for employers, overseeing complex projects,supporting client benefit operations and reporting needs, resolvingclient and member issues, attending open enrollment meetings and/orbenefit fairs, coordinating pharmacy claims administration,managing accounts receivable, assisting with finalistpresentations. Occasional overnight travel for client or companymeetings may berequired.
Maintainon-going client service andsatisfaction
Supportclient renewals by providing updates to leadership on alloperational activities that may be relevant to clientsatisfaction
TheAccount Manager has the ability to operate independently anddemonstrate good judgement in clientinteractions.
Participatein implementation meetings for new clients in your specific book ofbusiness
Ensureclient satisfaction by meeting with appropriate account contactsand facilitates organizational responsiveness to clientissues
Establishstrong relationships with clients through proactive oral andwrittencommunication
Reviewand analyze monthly client Executive SummaryReports
Updatesupervisor with quality assurance checks, program enhancements, andclientissues
Provideand/or coordinate ongoing and ad hoc reporting requests includingbut not limited to audit report requests, claims utilization andother suchitems.
Workwith account management colleagues such as Strategic AccountExecutives and Clinical Account Executives to provide operationalupdates and partner to meet clientsgoals
Workcollaboratively with internal teams such as enrollment,accumulators ,benefits and IT to ensure client benefits areperforming asexpected
Providesupport around client satisfaction and retention, contractrenewals, goodwill-call activity and added product and servicepresentations
Utilizeagreed upon client tracking tools and provide regular statusupdates toleadership
Maintainregular attendance in accordance with establishedpolicies
Performother job-related duties whennecessary
Promptlyreport any allegations of impropriety to the ComplianceDepartment
Complywith Maxor s Ethical Business Conduct policy and Maxor s ComplianceProgram
Remainfree from exclusion under the OIG and SAMS Medicare/Medicaidlist.
Completerequired training, as assigned, within the establishedtimeframes.
Qualifications:
Associatesor Bachelor s degree, preferred
AccountManagement and PBM experiencepreferred
Twoto three years progressive experience working in accountmanagement, healthcare solutions, prescription benefit management,insurance benefits, and/or pharmacy claimsadministration.
ProficientMS Officeexperience
Strongaptitude to communicate effectively both orally and in writing tointeract with a wide variety of individuals providing optimalpatient care aligned with Maxors relentless commitment fordistinguished customerservice
Strongorganization skills with ability to prioritize in a dynamicenvironment
Self-motivatedwith ability to work both independently and as part of ateam
