Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring an experienced Sales Supervisor for a reputable client in Qatar within the Soft Drinks & Beverages sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for soft drink products.
• Manage distribution channels and ensure excellent market coverage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and key accounts.
• Monitor stock levels, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.
• Ensure proper merchandising, product visibility, and promotional execution.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor in FMCG, preferably soft drinks or beverages.
• Strong knowledge of the Qatar market and distribution channels.
• Excellent team leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Valid Qatar driving license preferred.
• Candidates must be available in Qatar.
