YOUR TASKS: • Identify, develop andmaintain favorable contact with high level decision makersincluding C-suite level and work to understand strategic businesschallenges while developing a business fit between DHL ExpressQatar and the customer. • Ensure that a high level ofprofessional rapport is developed and maintained with all customers• Establish customer agreements and ensure and thatpricing guidelines are always applied and profitability targets forcustomers are met. • Develop and implement a personalsales plan and call cycle that incorporates initiatives foridentifying and gaining new business and maximizes growth ofexisting customers to achieve the individual sales (volume andprofitability) targets • Monitor customer performance,loyalty and satisfaction to measure success, business fluctuationand possible business at risk. • Establish actionablesales plans for managing prospects and existing customers.• Make decisions during negotiation with customers relatedto volume and discount levels as well as additional servicesoffered. YOUR PROFILE: • 3-5 years experience in coresales • Good understanding of the DHL Network •Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills •Excellent organisational skills, including ability to prioritiseworkload • Ability to effectively contribute as a teammember as part of a busy team • Proven ability to workunder pressure in a fast paced, time sensitive environment• Demonstrated ability to use initiative/judgement tosolve job related issues • Strong problem solvingcapability • Excellent selling skills in a complex saleenvironment • Experience in a segmented service industry• Experience in the Air Express industry or freightforward industry • Understanding of Supply ChainManagement • Strong ability to impact and influence• Good networking skills
